We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to Team and Business subscription payments, website development packages, and training courses bought online from PhantomCX (Pty) Ltd.
2. How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact our team at info@phantomcx.com with your order reference and we will help.
3. Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the month you have paid for and will not renew. Refunds for subscription payments made within the last 30 days can be requested as described above.
4. When you will receive your money
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days for the money to appear.
